We were loving the little bit of warm weather the other day and couldn't stand to be inside... ya you can say we are rednecks... (shorts with boots) Looking great Nate!

Alright I know I have totally been slacking on the blog... going to try to be better & update more often! So Christmas is all over, and Valentines is almost here, holy cow how time flies! So I did have a Christmas card all ready to print, but as you can tell none of you got them, thats cuz the printing never happened! (oops, maybe this year) Since none of you got a card, I thought I would give a sneak peak of the back of the card.



Pretty cute huh? Well the front of the card was not as cute. It was a family picture of us and we were suppose to look all happy and excited for the Holidays, but instead Nate look pissed as HELL (cuz he was) and I looked like I was in so much pain, (cuz I really was) nobody would cooperate... you all know how its like to get a family pic.... NOT FUN... so sorry you dont get to see the front.

While we were in Utah for Gracie's Dr. Appointment we visited the pumkin patch with Grandma Karen.....

Quincey was a clown last year as well.....but wanted to be matching with her best friend, so decided to be it again.

Gracie the Groovy Witch.... she put her costume together by herself... thats what happens when the mom is on her death bed the week of Halloween!

Good thing Aunt Kell makes costumes every year... these two got to be pumpkins cuz it was easy and I didn't have to do anything! The nice thing about this is they didn't care what they dressed up as, just happy to go trick or treating!

We made it through the first week of school. I thought that once school started things would kind of slow down and we could get back on some what of a schedule. I was totally wrong, it just feels like life is getting more crazy and chaotic!!!

#7 for Gracie...

Just a quick post about Gracie's 7th birthday, WOW I can't believe that she is already 7, so crazy. We Love you to pieces Grace!!!

We spent most of the day at Twin today, Faith had a dentist appointment for her front tooth that she knocked completely in. We will have to have it pulled in the next couple of weeks if it doesn't start coming back down to were it originally was. Anyways it was a long hot day in the car, at the dentist, and grocery shopping! So this is how we spent our evening......

I don't have any pictures of Gracie cuz she justed past the swimming test and can go in the deep end, so she is never anywhere to be found for pictures!

While I was at the play last night, Nate and the kids decorated his truck for the race tonight. I do have to say it looks pretty good! So sad I am going to have to miss it. I wish I could be there.

I asked Gracie if she was going to go watch her dad race, and she said "I already saw him make the truck fly in the air!"

YIKES! I know I am a little scared too!

Redneck Fun!

So this is what the Severe's do for an exciting Saturday Family Activity.....





All of my dads chickens had mites and were losing there feathers and not laying as many eggs, so they had to catch them and put a special powder on them to kill the mites. Gross!!! You notice I am not catching chickens. HaHa! I decided I would be better behind the camera and not in front of the camera.

Paint Your Wagon Cast

So this is the first play I have been in, and it has been so much fun!!! It is a great show so come and see it. It will be playing until August 1st. To get tickets call 677-ARTS
